- Most machines are delivered within 3–10 working days from payment confirmation.
- Custom made or imported machines may take up to 14 working days.

- All delivery times refer to GMT+1 (UK Time).
4. What is the order cut off time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK Time) on working days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
5. How long does handling take?
Typically, in stock orders are prepared and packaged within 1–2 working days before dispatch.
6. What shipping methods do you use?
- Home Machines: Delivered directly by our courier partners.
- Commercial Machines: Delivered and installed by an approved service partner, including setup, connection to power/water (if applicable), and placement.
7. Are there any shipping charges?
- Free UK delivery on orders over £500 (UK mainland).
- £30 flat rate for orders under £500 (UK mainland).
- Additional charges may apply for remote areas (e.g., Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands). All charges include VAT.
8. What should I do if my item is damaged on delivery?
- Inspect your order upon arrival. If damaged, do not accept it and ask the driver to note the reason.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, email clear photos of the item and packaging to info@procoffeemachine.com within 48 hours.
