THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE UK ORDERS.
Pro Coffee Machine (Operated by Ultra Retail Ltd) is committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience across the United Kingdom. We want your order to arrive safely, on time, and with clear communication every step of the way.
Order Processing
Once you place your order:
- Your payment method is pre-authorised but not charged. This means your bank temporarily holds the amount, but no funds are deducted until stock availability is confirmed.
- We verify stock availability with the manufacturer.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+1) on working days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
Handling Time: Typically 1–2 working days for in stock machines, during which we prepare and package your order. - If your machine is in stock, we process your payment and arrange dispatch.
- If the item is unavailable or on backorder, the pre-authorisation will be cancelled, and you will be notified via email.
Delivery Locations
- We currently ship to all areas within the United Kingdom.
- For international orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, shipping costs, and delivery times.
Delivery Method
- Home Machines: Delivered directly to your address by our courier partners.
- Commercial Machines: Delivered and installed by an approved service partner. Installation includes machine placement, connection to power and water (if applicable), and initial setup.
- Please ensure suitable access for larger commercial machines. Contact us before ordering if you have specific delivery requirements.
Delivery Times
- Most machines are delivered within 3–10 working days from payment confirmation. Transit Time: Actual delivery may vary depending on location and courier availability..
- Custom made or imported machines may take up to 14 working days. You will be informed in advance of such exceptions.
- If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact us before purchase.
- Once dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. If this is not received within 6 working days, contact us at info@procoffeemachine.com.
- Time Zone: All times and delivery estimates refer to UK Time.
Delivery Charges
- Free UK delivery on orders over £500 (UK mainland).
- £30 flat rate for orders under £500 (UK mainland).
- Remote areas (e.g., Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands) may incur additional charges, which will be confirmed before dispatch.
- All delivery charges include VAT where applicable.
Damaged Items at Time of Delivery
- Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item appears damaged, do not accept the delivery and ask the driver to note the reason.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, email clear photos of the item and packaging to info@procoffeemachine.com within 48 hours.
