Delivery & Shipping
At Pro Coffee Machine, we understand that receiving your coffee machine promptly and safely is crucial. We're dedicated to ensuring your order is handled with care from placement to delivery. Our shipping policy gives you clear information on what to expect, so you can look forward to receiving your perfect machine.
Order Processing
After placing your order:
- Your payment method is pre-authorised but not charged. This means that your bank temporarily holds the amount, but no funds are deducted from your account until stock availability is confirmed.
- We check stock availability with the manufacturer of your machine.
- If your machine is available, we will process your payment and arrange dispatch.
- If the item is unavailable or on backorder, we'll cancel the card pre-authorisation and notify you by email.
Delivery Locations
- We currently ship to all areas in the United Kingdom.
- For international orders, please contact us before placing an order so that we can confirm machine availability, shipping costs and delivery times.
Order Delivery & Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and product you've ordered. Orders are delivered within 3–10 working days from when the payment is confirmed.
For certain machines (e.g. custom-made or imported models), delivery may require up to 14 working days. We will inform you in advance of any such exceptions before your order is dispatched.
If you require delivery by a certain date, please reach out to us before making your purchase.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking details. If you haven't received them within 6 working days, please contact us at info@procoffeemachine.com for assistance.
Delivery Charges
- Enjoy free delivery for orders over £500.
- A flat rate of £30 will be charged for orders below £500.
- Delivery surcharges (e.g. remote areas) will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Damaged Items At Time Of Delivery
Packaging is important, so please check your delivery upon arrival:

If you notice the item seems damaged, please do not accept the delivery.

If you find any damage after delivery, please send clear photos of the item and packaging to info@procoffeemachine.com within 48 hours of delivery.
