Order Confirmation Procedure

Once you have placed your order your card will be pre-authorised; but not charged. Following this, we will check stock with our supplier to ensure that your chosen machine is available. 

Once confirmed the payment will be processed and your order will be dispatched immediately. If any delays arise, like an item on backorder, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and inform you promptly.

We currently ship to all areas in the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact us before placing an order.

Order Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed and in stock, your payment is processed and your order is sent out within 5 working days.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking details. If you haven't received them within 6 working days, please reach out to us at info@procoffeemachine.com for assistance.

Damaged Items At Time Of Delivery

 

Upon delivery, please inspect your items carefully. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery. If you find damage after delivery, kindly email clear photos of the item and packaging to info@procoffeemachine.com for insurance claim assistance.
