The Smeg ECF03 Cold Brew Espresso Coffee Machine is perfectly designed for making both espresso and cold brew at home.It allows you to prepare a smooth cold brew in around two minutes, as well as traditional espresso, without the need for separate equipment. This makes it suitable for everyday use across a range of drinks.
The machines's brewing temperature is managed using thermoblock technology, while a 15 bar pump supports consistent extraction. An integrated manometer allows pressure to be monitored during brewing, and a professional 58 mm portafilter is used to help achieve even results. A built in steam wand is included for preparing milk, making it easy to create milk based drinks alongside espresso and cold brew.
