The Casabar PID is a small manual espresso machine that gives you a bit more control without feeling complicated. It has a sturdy build with metal parts where it matters and a clear gauge on the front so you can see how your shot is running. The PID temperature control and shot timer add a quiet sense of accuracy, helping you learn the machine at your own pace.
It is still very easy to live with. The cool touch wand feels comfortable to use, the water tank lifts out smoothly and the compact shape sits neatly on the counter.
