- Dual boiler system
- A stainless steel 0.6 litre brew boiler works alongside a copper and brass 1.8 litre steam boiler. You get stable brewing temperatures with strong, reliable steam power for milk drinks.
- E61 brewing group
- The E61 group head provides natural temperature stability and consistent extraction, giving your coffee depth and balance.
- Rotary pump
- A smooth and quiet rotary pump maintains a constant 8 to 9 bar of pressure. Both pump and boiler pressures are easy to monitor thanks to the dedicated manometers on the front panel.
- Independent PID temperature control
- Each boiler has its own PID control, allowing you to adjust brew and steam temperatures with precision and keep the machine perfectly stable shot after shot.
