The JURA GIGA X8 is a high-capacity automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine designed for professional locations serving up to approximately 200 drinks per day.

Two electronically adjustable ceramic disc grinders and two 650 g bean containers allow the machine to offer an extensive menu of coffee and fresh milk drinks. Its dual fluid systems and two thermoblocks support fast preparation, including the ability to prepare two milk-based drinks simultaneously.

Unlike the mains-connected GIGA X8c, the GIGA X8 uses a 5 litre internal water tank, making it suitable for locations where a permanent water connection is not available or required.

For fresh milk drinks such as cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato, a compatible refrigerated milk unit such as a JURA Cool Control is required and can be purchased separately.

Available Drinks

Drink options include ristretto, espresso, coffee, lungo, espresso doppio, espresso macchiato, caffè latte, cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato, with double-drink options available for many specialities.

The machine can also dispense milk, milk foam and hot water, including a dedicated hot water setting for green tea.
