Eureka Atom Excellence 75 Coffee Grinder

The Eureka Atom Excellence 75 is a commercial coffee grinder built for higher volume espresso setups where speed and consistency really matter. You’ll typically see it used in busier cafés, although it can also be used in more advanced setups where a lot of coffee is being made throughout the day. It uses 75 mm flat burrs and a direct drive motor, which gives it a noticeable jump in output compared to smaller grinders in the range. The touchscreen on the front lets you set single or double doses, or run it continuously, and the grind size can be adjusted freely rather than in fixed steps, which helps when dialling in.
