The Coffetek Vitro S5 Espresso MIA combines freshly ground coffee with fresh milk and is made for locations serving up to 250 drinks per day.

The MIA milk system can produce hot or cold milk and milk foam, with the amount and texture set for each drink. This gives you a wide choice of fresh milk coffees including cappuccino and latte macchiato, all made automatically.

The machine has a 2.2 kg bean hopper, four soluble product hoppers and comes complete with a 9 litre fresh milk fridge. It also uses Coffetek's AZK V30 variable brew group, which can use between 7 and 14 g of freshly ground coffee depending on the recipe.
