You’ll usually see it used in cafés with steady daily demand, or in setups where a more solid, long term grinder is needed. It uses 65 mm flat burrs and a direct drive motor to deliver reliable performance throughout the day. Compared to the standard Atom models, this version has a more robust build and upgraded components. The touchscreen display allows you to set single and double doses, or run continuously, and the grind size can be adjusted freely rather than in fixed steps, which helps when dialling in.
