The Bravilor HM 505 can heat up to 5 litres of milk at a time. Rather than heating the milk directly, it uses a bain-marie system which helps stop the milk from burning or sticking.

You can set the temperature using the thermostat, and a gauge glass on the machine shows how much water is in the bain-marie. It's a simple option for anywhere that needs to prepare and serve larger amounts of hot milk.
