• High Performance Metal Coffee Group:  The S60 features a high-end coffee group designed to deliver exceptional results across all coffee varieties, including authentic Italian espresso, positioning it at the market’s forefront. This metal coffee group incorporates a carousel system, is preheated, and allows precise management and control of both the infusion and delivery phases.
• Powerful Grinders: The S60 grinders are equipped with a new motor that delivers increased productivity and enhanced starting torque, resulting in superior performance.
• Third Grinder: The addition of a third grinder dedicated to an extra blend, like decaf, ensures a broader and more diverse selection of beverages.
• Perfect Grinding System: The PGS (Perfect Grinding System) constantly tracks coffee delivery parameters and automatically adjusts grinding and dosing as needed to maintain consistent output and achieve optimal extraction quality.
• Thermodrive: It allows setting the water temperature simply by turning a mixing valve. In this way, you can set the temperature according to the coffee blend and the requested drink.
• Perfect Barista Foam Milk Quality: The S60 is capable of producing both hot and cold frothed milk through its new milk circuit, which features a dedicated single gear pump. Cold milk is initially frothed and then heated with steam, delivering an impeccably crafted result in every cup. With the S60, you can enjoy expertly prepared hot and cold frothed milk, making each Italian cappuccino a truly exceptional experience.
• Steam Wand with Temperature Sensor: Engineered to simplify and enhance the precision of milk-based drink preparation, the built-in temperature sensor displays the current temperature on the machine’s screen.
